Appointment and Lead Generation
The Process: We take a very structured approach to appointment and lead generation so we
- will take the time to understand your needs, and your target marketplace at the outset
- will create a campaign brief for your sign off before starting on the phones
- will source or provide relevant data for the campaign
- are experienced in managing diary requirements for their clients
The Campaign: Appointments are usually physical, diarised appointments with decision makers and we will:
- forward full details of the date, time and address
- full details of the appointee
- full notes of our conversation with the appointee
- any additional background information that is relevant (if required, we can even provide the recorded conversation)
- On a regular basis, liaise with the client to provide an overview of how the campaign is progressing.
