Client’s business: Itseeze, design and deliver affordable, quality websites. Target market: Small, independent companies in the Ipswich area. Campaign structure:
- After discussions with Sue, and having gained a good understanding of her needs and target market, Akita sourced a list of approximately 600 prospective customers—all were different types of small, independent businesses (eg. retailers, hairdressers, manufacturers) within the specified geographical area.
- Akita worked through this list, phoning each of the targeted customers, opening up conversations with decision makers to identify those who were genuinely interested in a new website, and explaining how Itseeze works, its benefits, and its costs.
- Akita then booked physical, diarised appointments for Sue to meet with interested decision makers.
- Akita sent Sue reports for each appointment, including notes of Akita’s conversation with the customer, details of the customer’s existing website, and a little background on the customer’s business.
